    Intake & scope

    We learn your stack, existing policies, tooling (including GRC platforms if you use them), observation timeline, and who owns what. Cadence and priorities are confirmed after this intake—not promised as a fixed 48-hour SLA.

    Gap workbook / readiness map

    We build a readiness map against common SOC 2 control themes. The goal is shared clarity: what exists, what is thin, and what needs owners—not a fabricated “you’re ready” score.

    Policy & control map + evidence index

    Policies and controls are mapped to an evidence index: what artifact proves what, where it lives, and who renews it. We do not invent controls or evidence.

    Collection cadence through observation

    During the observation window we keep a practical rhythm: reminders, document ops, and status visibility so evidence accumulates on purpose—not in a week-before scramble.

    Buyer-pack & auditor handoff support

    Security-packet and buyer diligence questions draw from the same indexed evidence. Document ops help your chosen CPA work from a coherent set. Evidynx does not attest or issue a SOC 2 report.

Without one (yet)

We still run the workbook, maps, and collection rhythm using the systems you already have—wikis, drives, ticketing—so progress does not wait on a platform decision.

No guarantees of outcome. SOC 2 Type I or Type II results depend on your controls, evidence, period of performance, and your auditor’s professional judgment. Evidynx supports readiness operations; we do not certify companies or guarantee a pass.
