Who we are

Evidynx provides SOC 2 readiness and evidence operations support for B2B SaaS companies. This notice covers the marketing and application site hosted at evidynx.pages.dev.

What we collect on this site

When you use our founding or contact forms, we receive the fields you submit (such as name, work email, company, role, region, stage, and message). Forms are delivered via FormSubmit to our intake mailbox.

Standard server and CDN logs (e.g. Cloudflare Pages) may include IP address, user agent, and request metadata. We do not run advertising pixels on this site as of the date above.

What we do not collect here

• Payment card numbers
• IBAN or bank account details
• Passwords or production system credentials
• Customer evidence files via the public forms (engagement materials are handled under separate agreement after intake)

How we use information

Form submissions are used to respond to inquiries, evaluate founding-slot fit, and follow up on commercial conversations you initiate. We do not sell your contact information.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed for correspondence and ordinary business records, then deleted or archived when no longer required—unless a longer period is needed for legal or contractual reasons.

Sharing

We use FormSubmit to relay form posts to our mailbox, and Cloudflare Pages to host the site. We do not share form contents with unrelated third parties for their marketing.

Your requests

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted via this site, use the contact form or reply to our email thread.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product or hosting setup changes. The date at the top will reflect material revisions.
